EHDEN calls for Data Partners with COVID19 data, which can assist with supporting open science research in characterizing infection and disease, as well as assessing potential clinical management and therapeutic options. The objective is to map the partners’ data to the OMOP Common Data Model in a remote and expedited way and to get evidence-based responses to some of the most urgent research questions in a matter of days rather than weeks.

Type of data sources:

HARMONY will coordinate and performe as a single federated node for all its Partners and Associated Members in the studies to come. HARMONY will collect the COVID19 data, speed up data mapping to OMOP in the HARMONY COVID19 Data Platform, and facilitate the analysis. COVID19 data will be isolated from the HARMONY hematology data.
